Mobile Cocktail Bar in the Valtiberina, from Sansepolcro to Anghiari

Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Monterchi, Caprese Michelangelo, Pieve Santo Stefano: in the Valtiberina every village has a square, a parish church or a garden made for a toast. We work in private villas, agriturismi, restaurants, courtyards and piazzas, adapting the bar to the space and the kind of celebration.

Our vintage Piaggio Ape, a small Italian three-wheeler, is built for cocktails: fridge, freezer, hot water and a fully equipped bar on board. It runs on its own for up to eight hours, so it needs nothing from the venue: no power, no water, no technical space.

It is the choice for an aperitivo in the garden, welcome drinks in a farmhouse courtyard or a toast in the piazza: a meeting point guests notice straight away and love to photograph.

Many weddings in the valley begin in a parish church or a village chapel and continue at a farmhouse or agriturismo nearby. The Ape can wait for the couple and their guests outside the church for an aperitivo, before or after the ceremony, while the photos are taken; then move on, or make way for a cocktail station, for the open bar at the reception.

You can book a single moment or the whole day: aperitivo, open bar after dinner, late-night drinks. Wedding planners are welcome to contact us directly for their couples.

When the event is indoors, in a hall or on a terrace, we use our cocktail stations. The two main stations join into one long white bar, or work as two separate bar points, useful when there are many guests. They come in black, white or metallic grey, and in other colours on request to match your styling.

The Mini station is designed for small spaces and quick set-ups: a dinner in the garden, a party at home, a creative bar on a wine barrel.

Aperitivo outside the church, welcome drinks, open bar at the reception. We also work with planners who look after Italian and international couples.

Classic cocktails and drinks inspired by Tuscany, made to order with fresh fruit, garnishes and ice included in the service. Alongside the cocktails we can serve prosecco for the aperitivo, local wine by the glass and craft beer from Arezzo, on tap or bottled, as well as non-alcoholic options.

We build the menu with you: a few well-chosen drinks work better than a long list, especially when all the guests arrive at once.

Sansepolcro is about forty minutes from our base in Arezzo. For events in the Tuscan Valtiberina, from Anghiari to Pieve Santo Stefano, from Monterchi to Caprese Michelangelo, transport of the Ape and the cocktail stations is included in the price.

For events on the Umbrian side of the valley, such as Città di Castello or Umbertide, travel is quoted separately.

If the restaurant or agriturismo already has its own bar, our bartenders can work alongside its staff, or we can bring just the Ape for the aperitivo. We will talk it through with you and the venue to find the simplest solution.
