Mobile Cocktail Bar in the Valdarno, from Montevarchi to San Giovanni

Montevarchi, San Giovanni Valdarno, Terranuova Bracciolini, Loro Ciuffenna, Bucine, Cavriglia, Castelfranco Piandiscò: the Valdarno brings together lively small towns and quiet hilltop villages. We work at company premises, private villas, agriturismi, restaurants and piazzas, adapting the bar to the space and the kind of event.

The Valdarno is a land of businesses. For an opening, a company anniversary, an end-of-year dinner or a visit from clients and suppliers, a well-run bar makes the difference: it welcomes guests, creates a moment to connect and leaves a lasting memory of the event.

We take care of everything, from set-up to breakdown, without adding to your team’s workload. For events with many guests we add extra stations and bartenders.

In a company hall, a showroom or under a marquee, we use our cocktail stations. The two main stations join into one long white bar, or work as two separate bar points, useful when guests all arrive at once. They come in black, white or metallic grey, and in other colours on request, including your company colours.

The Mini station is designed for small spaces and quick set-ups: an office aperitivo, a party at home, a bar on a wine barrel in a cellar.

Between the Pratomagno and Chianti there are villas, estates and agriturismi that host weddings for couples from all over the world. This is where the Ape Cocktail Truck, our vintage Italian three-wheeler, is at its best: it can wait for the couple outside the church for the aperitivo, before or after the ceremony, or welcome guests in the villa garden.

On board there is a fridge, a freezer and hot water, and it runs on its own for up to eight hours: it needs nothing from the venue. For the open bar after dinner, we can add a cocktail station.

Classic cocktails and drinks inspired by Tuscany, made to order with fresh fruit, garnishes and ice included in the service. Alongside the cocktails we can serve prosecco for the aperitivo, Tuscan wine by the glass and craft beer from Arezzo, on tap or bottled, as well as non-alcoholic options.

For corporate events we can create a cocktail dedicated to the occasion, to present to your guests as part of the event.

For events in the Arezzo side of the Valdarno, from Montevarchi to San Giovanni, from Terranuova to Bucine and Cavriglia, transport of the Ape and the cocktail stations is included in the price.

For the Florentine side of the valley, such as Figline, Incisa and Reggello, travel is quoted separately.

If the restaurant, villa or company venue already has its own bar, our bartenders can work alongside its staff, or we can bring just the Ape for the aperitivo. We will talk it through to find the simplest solution.
